Wisdom Dwells In Contemplation
Know that wisdom is such to your soul; if you find it, there will be a future, and your hope will not be cut off.
Proverbs 24:14

Brothers and friends, on behalf of the members of this prestigious lodge Prince Hall Lodge No. 38. I welcome you to our website and hope that your visit is informative and enjoyable.
It is with great pride and humility that I preside over a lodge that though small in number is great in its work. Our members are not only active in our lodge but also in Grand lodge notably:
- Bernard L. Holley, Past Grand Master
- Daniel W. Jones, Honorary Past Grand Master
- Edward D. Swire, Senior Grand Warden
- Paul W. James, Grand Treasurer
- Frederick E. Smith, Grand Secretary
- Raymond Riley, Deputy Grand Lecturer
- Miguel Rivera, Assistant Grand Secretary
- Maurice Hines, Assistant Grand Secretary
I commend these brothers and all the members of Prince Hall Lodge No. 38 on the good work in which they are engaged and the positive attention that they bring to our masonic family.
Every minute is a gift from GOD, which should not be taken for granted.
We should use our time wisely. Improve ourselves physically, intellectually and spiritually. Remember that our duties as masons, is to practice friendship and brotherly love not only within the walls of our lodge but in our daily interactions with all of mankind. It is better to be supportive and sympathetic of others than to be critical and uncaring. It is our duty to build our neighbors up, not to tear them down. Above all my brothers, remember to practice charity, for the contribution to the relief of those in need is what truly distinguishes us as Master Masons.
May you be endued with wisdom and good health, and may the GOD of love and peace delight to dwell with and bless you.
Fraternally,
Nigel J. Cudjoe
Worshipful Master
